Block Lotto!



The February block for the block lotto is this 6.5"
"Snails Trail" block in browns with a white or cream background. I made 5 for this months lotto....


This block has a great look to it but man what a
 pain in the butt it is to make!

Maybe I will win! We shall see!

    I've always loved the snail's trail block and I agree it is hard to keep those little trails all going in the right direction. I made a block this summer and found it was easier to make with four different colours starting from the centre.

    Love the Snail's Trail blocks. Good luck in that Lotto. One of my friends is making a whole quilt. I keep looking at it, and thinking "too hard" LOL

    I've seen several of the snails trails, and everyone seems to agree that it is tricky. At least it is done though! That is the best part of all.

    I haven't even tried any yet. And I need 7 for Old McDonald. Despite the pain yours sure look good. I'll probably give them a try next weekend.
