Arent they beautiful?? So Modern and colorful....and USEFUL!!  Maybe one of these days I will be able to bite the bullet and figure these out!

  1. Here's what I do when I test out a new clothing pattern that I'm unsure of. You can do the same with bags. Find an easy tote pattern online. Buy some cheap muslin and cut out all the pieces, just don't buy interfacing. Remember this is just a practice piece. Follow the directions and start sewing.
Hope this will help. My first bag was ok but not as I had hoped it would be but perseverance and now I actually design my own patterns :-)

  2. Lol! You sound like me!!! I love all the wonderful bags I see in blogland, I save tutorials and buy patterns but I just can't bring myself to make one. I'm so glad I'm not the only one who is yet to attempt a fun fabric tote.
